Lent

Lent at Asbury

The Season of Lent is a 40-day time of prayer and reflection in preparation for the celebration of the Resurrection on Easter Sunday.  The focus of Lent is drawing closer to God in greater dedication through practices of fasting and prayer. Here at Asbury, we have several opportunities to participate in these practices as we prepare for the Resurrection of Jesus.
